May 1, 2013 – EVERETT, WA: The Everett Merchants are proud to announce that their free summer baseball clinic will
take place on Saturday June 1 at Everett Memorial Stadium from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Boys and girls ages 7 to 12 years old are invited to participate in the annual Everett Merchants FREE baseball clinic
presented by Everett Bone & Joint and Triple T Trading. The three hour camp is dedicated to the development of young
aspiring baseball players and is open to all participants regardless of experience or ability. The camp will include
discussions, demonstrations and drills on different phases of the game, including proper offensive techniques for hitting,
bunting and base running; and defensive techniques of pitching/catching. Each participant will have the opportunity to
learn and practice the fundamentals from the Everett Merchants whom are composed of local college players. Each child
will need a glove and those who have baseball bats and shoes are encouraged to bring them. Following the camp, all
campers will be invited to come back to the ballpark that night to watch the Merchants take on the North Sound Emeralds.

| MERCHANTS FREE KIDS CLINIC SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 1 |
February 20, 2013 – EVERETT, WA: The Everett Merchants released their tentative 2013 schedule today. The
Merchants will open the season on June 1st and will play 29 games in addition to participating in the Kamloops
International Baseball Tournament.
The Merchants will once again play the Seattle Mariners’ minor league affiliate the Everett AquaSox in the annual Everett
Cup. The Everett Cup is schedule for Wednesday, June 12th.
The Merchants will also play three games in 2013 against teams from the West Coast Collegiate League. They will take
on the Wenatchee AppleSox on June 8 and 9 and the Bellingham Bells on June 15th.
Please note that games are subject to change. Official Pacific League International league schedule to be released at a
later date.
